When will my Order be Fulfilled?

All orders are processed within 2-3 business days (Mon-Fri) upon receipt, with the exception of weekends (Sat-Sun) and holidays. During peak seasons and holidays, there could be a delay in fulfillment and transit times.

 

What is your Shipping Policy?

All orders $40 or more SHIP FREE. All orders below $40 have a flat rate shipping fee of $4.99. We use USPS Priority shipping service and ship within the United States and US territories. Note: orders to Hawaii, Alaska and US territories may take longer. We currently do not ship Internationally.

 

How can I Track my Order?

Once order is shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with shipment details and a tracking number.

 

What is your Return and Refund Policy?

We proudly stand behind all of our products and we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. 

If you receive a damaged, defective or incorrect product, please contact us within 14 days of the delivery date to rectify the issue by emailing support@otghosiery.com.

If you are unsatisfied with an item that you have purchased from our Website, you may return the item for a refund within 14 days of the delivered date of your purchase.  We do not offer refunds for sale merchandise. To be eligible for a refund, returned products must not be worn, washed or otherwise used. All returned products must be unopened, in their original packaging, and in sellable condition. Shipping charges are not refundable and you are responsible for all return shipping costs.

We do not offer exchanges. If you wish to exchange your product, please return the undesired items for a refund and place a new order on our website.

Postal delays are currently slowing down the time it takes for us to receive your return. Please allow up to 21 days after receipt for returns to be processed. Refunds will be applied to method of original purchase.

Note that we do not accept returns for items purchased from other retailers or websites.
