When will my Order be Fulfilled?

All orders are processed within 2-3 business days (Mon-Fri) upon receipt, with the exception of weekends (Sat-Sun) and holidays. During peak seasons and holidays, there could be a delay in fulfillment and transit times.

 

What is your Shipping Policy?

All orders $40 or more SHIP FREE. All orders below $40 have a flat rate shipping fee of $4.95. We use USPS Priority shipping service and ship within the United States and US territories. Note: orders to Hawaii, Alaska and US territories may take longer. We currently do not ship Internationally.

 

How can I Track my Order?

Once order is shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with shipment details and a tracking number.

 

What is your Return and Refund Policy?

We proudly stand behind all of our products and we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.  If you received a damaged, defective or incorrect product, please contact us within 14 days of receipt to rectify the issue by emailing support@otghosiery.com.  

If you need to return an item, please contact support@otghosiery.com within 14 days of purchase to receive a return authorization.  Note that in order to receive a refund, returned items must be in perfect saleable condition- unopened, unworn, and in the original packaging.  Your refund will be credited to the original form of payment used to make the purchase. Shipping charges are not refundable and you are responsible for all return shipping costs.  Sale items are final sales.  Postal delays are currently slowing down the time it takes for us to receive your return. Once we receive your return, please allow 2-4 weeks for your return and refund to be processed. 

We do not offer exchanges at this time. If you wish to exchange an item, you must go through our return process and place a new order.
