Returns and Refunds
We proudly stand behind all of our products and we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you received a damaged, defective or incorrect product, please contact us within 14 days of receipt to rectify the issue by emailing email@example.com.
If you need to return an item, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org within 14 days of purchase to receive a return authorization. Note that in order to receive a refund, returned items must be in perfect saleable condition- unopened, unworn, and in the original packaging. Your refund will be credited to the original form of payment used to make the purchase. Shipping charges are not refundable and you are responsible for all return shipping costs. Sale items are final sales. Postal delays are currently slowing down the time it takes for us to receive your return. Once we receive your return, please allow 2-4 weeks for your return and refund to be processed.
We do not offer exchanges at this time. If you wish to exchange an item, you must go through our return process and place a new order.
